This series of courses is designed for both practitioners and seekers to familiarize themselves with points of the body that can help relieve and release pain and tension due to stress and trauma. There will be demonstrations of the release techniques and locations and an opportunity for students to work on each other to get some practical experience.
There are four modules in this series:
Head & Neck – 5 hours, Upper Torso – 5 hours, Lower torso – 10 hours, Legs & Feet – 5 hours
Partial nudity may be involved in demonstrations and in-class practice.
